PORTALP RS is the Portalp latest generation of automatic doors. It offers an unprecedented combination of technologies and an easy day-to-day entrance management. Compact and highly efficient, this range is connected and intuitively controled by a smartphone (Android, iOs) with a dedicated application providing innovative functions.

This sliding door model is available in different versions : 1-leaf opening to the right or to the left, 2-leaf with central opening, equipped with fixed panel(s) or not. Sliding leaves move smoothly and silently thanks the conception of the rolling track mechanism.

The door is fitted with a high-performance operator managing door parameters, safeties and peripheral control systems. It assures a reliable running and can move a leaf/leaves weighing up to 1 x 250 kg or 2 x 200 kg.

Different frame thicknesses are possible :
- G25 frame to fit 8 to 10 mm simple glazing
- G38 frame to fit 8 mm simple glazing to 26 mm insulating glazing, also integrate locks
Also different installation solutions as on jamb, surface-applied, between-wall, depending on each project.

Supply and installation of a single automatic sliding door type PORTALP RS12 CS G25

Compact header made of extruded aluminium
- mechanism height 120 mm
- hinged header allowing upper opening or lower hook system for servicing
- rolling rail fitted with rubber bushing to reduce noise and vibrations.
- 2 carriage rollers on each leaf with anti-unhinging rollers and adjustable suspensions.

The operator is equipped with :
- switch-mode power supply 110V-230V operating at 50-60 Hz with low power consumption adapted to all networks.
- brushless motor for precise control guarantees smooth leaf glide and reduces noise
- backup battery to ensure security in the event of a power cut
- a logic block that manages the operation of the door, communicates with all the peripherals, and provides continuous diagnosis of the door's operation
- CAN bus technology for connection of peripherals and to reduce interferences

The sliding leaf is made with :
- a 25-mm aluminum frame that can be mounted with windows up to 10.8-mm thick.
- a window mounted with neoprene seals for quick removal if the glass is broken.
- brush and rubber seals at the bottom and on the front ensure the door airtight.
- fingers protection safety edges between sliding surfaces are compliant with the EN 16005 standard
- customised finish according to RAL colours or anodised finish

The door can be equipped with safety devices to ensure users and building protections:
- security on passage with inside/outside movement and presence sensors with dual technology (hyperfrequency and moditored infrared curtain)
- security on opening with infrared curtains
- emergency exit module using intrinsic mechanical energy, in compliance with current standards EN16005 / CO48
- battery backup in case of power failure
- electromechanical locking

Various control systems can complement the installation to facilitate operation or in/out access controls:
- remote control of the door by smartphone in Bluetooth low energy mode
- Android or iOs application dedicated to the management of automatic doors and allowing a permanent diagnosis of the door status.
- digital display console, wall or cover mounted
- manual key modes selector
- additional input/output cards to manage other peripherals or access control systems
