Pressure Independent Balancing Control Valves provide the optimum control of fluid flow, unaffected by changes in system pressure.
Butterfly Valves are the ideal choice of product for isolation (on/off control) where needed within a plants heating system.
Globe valves, provide the finest level hydronic control for hot and chilled water or steam applications.
Zone valves are the traditional products for the smaller flows into the room terminal units.
Ball valves may be used for the more arduous zone solutions.
Damper Actuators program covers all the needed products which mount on to louvered vents.
Pressure Independent Valves and Actuators (PIBCV) are available in sizes from DN10 to DN250, providing a controllable flow between 0.008 to 113 litres per second (0.03 to 407 m³/h). Each valve has an adjustable maximum flow rate to which the actuator will regulate to.
The working differential pressure range is between 16 kPa and 600 kPa. Pressure class in PN16
The end connections to the PIBCV range are external ISO thread on sizes from DN10 to DN50 and PN16 ISO flanges on DN50 to DN250 sizes
Actuators are available from in all control modes, including on/off, floating and modulating. Actuators are available for either 24 V or 230 V supply, Spring return variants are also available.
The IP range of the actuator can be from IP42 to IP54
Butterfly Valves and Actuators are available in sizes from DN50 to DN500.
The connection is wafer flanged to PN6, PN10 and PN16 patterns. The working differential pressure on the high performance VF209W is up to 12 bar on DN300 sizes and 10 bar to DN500. The working differential pressure on the VF299 valve that uses a lower torque actuators is 3.5 bar
Globe Valves
The Globe valves cover all sizes from DN15 to DN150, and Pressure Class: PN16, PN25
Most products are designed for Hot and chilled water duty with Special versions for Steam duty.
The Venta valve range includes a patented crown plug which is self cleaning to resist fowling, has exceptional low flow control on the initial opening degrees.
The Actuators for globe valves are versatile multi-signal units with an ability to operate the manual override without disconnecting the power, various actuator strengths cover the needed pressure and valve size application duties with and without fail safe operation.
Zone Valves
Zone valves are available in the size range from DN15, DN20 and Erie DN25 under the PN16 classification.
The VZ*08* are for thermoelectric actuators with a stroke of 2.5 mm
The VZ*19* actuators are for geared motoric actuators with a stroke of 5.5 mm
The VZ*08* and VZ*19* valves are available with Male threads and compression connections
Erie is a spring Return range of actuators for higher flows and has Female threads
The actuators for Zone valves are available for on/off, 3 wire floating and 0(2)-10V modulating control. 24V and 230V.
Ball Valves
Ball Valves cover the size range of DN15 and DN20 but at a high pressure classification, PN40.
The pop top actuator range provides control for all 24V common control types and is also available with or without spring return.
Damper Actuators
The Damper Actuator portfolio covers torques range 5 to 50 Nm which is capable of controlling air dampers up to 8m²
