High chemical resistant, anti-static and elastic waterproofing and protection based on 100% polyurea system for use in secondary containment storing of flammable or explosive goods.
With approvals according to EN 1504-2 and AbZ DIBt LAU- Anlagen Z-59.12-466 according to §62 WHG
Primer: According to the substrate.
Conductive Primer: MasterTop P 687 AS, water.borne two-component epoxy.
Membrane: MasterSeal M 689 AS Two-component waterproofing conductive polyurea membrane with high chemical and mechanical resistance.
Application of one coat with a minimum total approximate thickness of 2 mm of two-component, 100% solid content, 100% polyurea waterproof membrane MasterSeal M 689 from Master Builders Solutions (or analogous). To apply the product a two-component heated, high-pressure, proportioning spray equipment will be used.
The system includes the application of a primer according to the substrate and a conductive primer and cooper bands connected to the grounding point.

Capillary water absorption (EN 1062): 0.1 kg/m² · h0.5
Permeability to water vapour (EN ISO 7783-1; EN ISO 7783-2): Class II
Permeability to carbon dioxide (EN 1062-6): Sd ≥ 70 m
Crack bridging (Static, EN 1062-7 A): A4 (+23ºC); A3 (-20ºC)
Abrasion resistance (EN ISO 5470-1;Taber H22, 1000 g, 1000 c): ≤ 200 mg
Impact resistance (EN ISO 6271-1): > 4 Nm
Adhesion by pull-off test (EN 1542): ≥ 2,5 N/mm2
Adhesion after thermal compatibility (EN 13687-1): ≥ 1,5 N/mm2
Exposure to pedestrian traffic after (at 20ºC): 30 minutes
Reaction to fire (EN 13501 part 1): Efl-s1
Discharge resistance to earth RG (EN 61340-4-1): 10.6 MOhm
Insulation resistance Zx (DIN VDE 0100-600): 12,3 MOhm
Discharge resistance to earth R2 (EN 1081 - B): 1,27 MOhm
Surface resistance R3 (EN 1081 - C): 3,46 MOhm
