Our net sales amount to some €700 million (2020), over 50 % of which we generate abroad. Our company is half-owned by Frank Stiebel, son of the company founder, and half by the Stiebel Family Foundation. The Foundation was set up by Frank Stiebel’s brother, Dr. Ulrich Stiebel.

The company founder, Dr. Theodor Stiebel, had a vision in Berlin: he wanted to develop and manufacture products with low energy consumption, increased safety and greater convenience. Since then, a lot has changed at STIEBEL ELTRON – but not this vision for the future.
