HRBs Hydraulic binders for the optimum exploitation for the trace materials for base, subbase and esplanade coronation in roads, railways, airports, harbors/ports, logistic platforms and broadly in infrastructures.
The STABILE hydraulics binders for soil stabilization are homogeneous mixes, factory made, ready for use, with specific properties for the amelioration and stabilization of each soil, certified according to UNE-EN 13282 “Hydraulic Road Binders”.

Higher quality esplanades (type SEST-3):
To get esplanades of the maximum quality reduces the environmental impact and increases the durability because, as higher is the quality of the esplanade got withe the trace materials, lower is the asphalt necessity and lowers are the road maintenance costs.
STABILE range provides:
- Up to 28% reduction of the asphaltic package.
- Maximum trace materials utilization. For example 100% of the gypsiferous soils.
- To reduce the risk of cracking. Providing an adequate working time thanks to their moderates hardening and setting times.
STABILE range is composed of several stabilizer products according to the existing soil.
i.tech STABILE range, made with binders (based on cement, natural hydraulic limes,...) designed for soils not covered by PG3, stabilizes them in one pass and provides savings thanks to a higher supporting capacity (obtaining higher quality esplanades with those soils). They are designed depending on the soil to be stabilized and they are HRBs of strength classes E 4, E 3 or E 2.
i.pro STABILE range, with sulpho-resistant cements, ensures the durability and chemical attack resistance in presence of gypsiferous soils, allowing their use and avoiding their sending to landfill. They are HRBs of strength classes E 4 and E 3.
i.work STABILE range, for stabilization with non-sulphoresistant cements and higher quality soils, provides a moderated setting time and therefore an adequate working time. They are HRBs of strength class E 4.
